board member or a CEO will ask you something really simple like
what does good look like?
And you can't show them a dashboard with just all green lights lit
up and say, well, that's what good looks like. That's not what
they're looking for.
What I would encourage risk managers to do is to nip what it's called green dashboard disease in the bud.
